“電磁方案(自動設計)”主要功能是基于電機理論解析和經(jing)驗公式(shi)、電機工程數(shu)據、優化算法自動完成電磁(ci)方(fang)案(an)設計。

電磁穩態仿真(等效路法)
“電磁(ci)穩態(等效(xiao)(xiao)路(lu)法)”主(zhu)要功能是根據(ju)等效(xiao)(xiao)磁(ci)路(lu)和等效(xiao)(xiao)電路(lu)模型對電磁(ci)方案校(xiao)核計算。

電磁穩態仿真(網絡路法)
“電磁(ci)穩(wen)態(網(wang)絡路(lu)法)”主要(yao)功(gong)能是根(gen)據集中參(can)數構成的電路(lu)磁(ci)路(lu)網(wang)絡模(mo)型進行電磁(ci)穩(wen)態分(fen)析(xi),利用解析(xi)公式(shi)法進行氣隙磁(ci)場和(he)磁(ci)力分(fen)析(xi)。

對于多速鼠(shu)籠異步電(dian)動機(ji)(ji),一般包括雙速鼠(shu)籠異步電(dian)機(ji)(ji)、三速鼠(shu)籠異步電(dian)機(ji)(ji)、四速鼠(shu)籠異步電(dian)機(ji)(ji),由于在某一個(ge)轉速或者幾個(ge)轉速時,定子繞組(zu)連接(jie)不對稱,氣隙磁場諧波很強,用(yong)傳統的等效相電(dian)路(lu)法難以準確(que)計(ji)算,用(yong)電(dian)路(lu)磁路(lu)網絡法可(ke)以快速準確(que)計(ji)算。

“電磁穩(wen)態(有(you)限元法)”主(zhu)要功能是根據(ju)有(you)限單元法對電機(ji)電磁場進行(xing)(xing)穩(wen)態分析,利用傅里葉法進行(xing)(xing)氣隙磁場分析。
自動完成(cheng)有限(xian)單元網格剖(pou)分、穩態電磁(ci)(ci)場求解(jie)、磁(ci)(ci)場結(jie)果(guo)后處理,詳(xiang)細(xi)計算電感參數、銅(tong)耗(hao)、鐵心的(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)滯損耗(hao)和渦流損耗(hao)、繞(rao)組電流、繞(rao)組感應電壓、繞(rao)組磁(ci)(ci)鏈、電磁(ci)(ci)轉矩等(deng)。利用二維傅(fu)里葉法(fa)對徑向(xiang)氣(qi)隙磁(ci)(ci)通密度(du)(du)、切向(xiang)氣(qi)隙磁(ci)(ci)通密度(du)(du)、徑向(xiang)氣(qi)隙磁(ci)(ci)力密度(du)(du)、切向(xiang)氣(qi)隙磁(ci)(ci)力密度(du)(du)進行頻(pin)域(yu)分析,得到諧(xie)波的(de)(de)幅值、階次、頻(pin)率、相角和轉向(xiang)。自動輸出(chu)顯示(shi)時域(yu)圖(tu)、頻(pin)域(yu)圖(tu)、曲線(xian)圖(tu)、云圖(tu)、柱狀圖(tu)、數據表(biao)格、理論(lun)解(jie)析公(gong)式(shi)說(shuo)明表(biao)單、結(jie)論(lun)表(biao)單。

“電磁(ci)暫態(tai)(網絡(luo)路(lu)法)”主要功能(neng)是根據集(ji)中參數構成的(de)電路(lu)磁(ci)路(lu)網絡(luo)模型進行電磁(ci)暫態(tai)分析。

“電(dian)磁暫態(有限元(yuan)法(fa))”主要(yao)功能是根據場路耦合有限單元(yuan)法(fa)進行電(dian)磁暫態分析。
